Here you can support the local population by purchasing beautiful items of beadwork, embroidery& other handmade goods.

The sale of these traditional crafts is often the only way that women are able to gain income to support their families. They are very skilled but when tourism suffers as it often has in Egypt and Sinai, the women find it more difficult to obtain a market for their products. There is a risk that the skills may be lost to future generations and so it is important to encourage and value the production of these beautiful and unique pieces.
