Mindful Meditation & Moon Meditation

You can join meditation sessions at the Yoga Studio. We usually have group meditations on the evenings of the Full moon and New moon. These are open to all who would like to attend and whenever possible, they take place outside.               Attending these gatherings is free of charge but you are welcome to bring something to share with the group.

There are various techniques that you can employ to assist your meditation practice: mantra; yantra; mandala; candle; sound; colour; movement.  If you would like to explore some of these methods, please book individual or small group classes at the studio.

Pebble Meditation

This is meditation is combined with art therapy.          

Inspired by the Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hahn.

Come and spend an enchanting afternoon at the studio and on Fayrouz beach.

Pebbles chosen from the beach on which you paint 4 different suggested decorations.   Later these painted pebbles are used for a guided and delightful mindful meditation. All materials are provided along with refreshments.  This activity is suitable for individuals, groups and children over 9 years.
