During this informal workshop, we identify what causes you to feel and suffer from beingstressed out. How this impacts on your health and life and what strategies are appropriate for you to combat this problem.

Many factors contribute to how our minds and bodies cope with stress.

These include mental attitudes, diet, exercise, personal support, our responsibilities and lifestyle.  By spending some time looking at these factors and discovering ways of addressing them, we can greatly change the way we manage stress.

Information hand outs for you to keep, will be provided as part of the workshop.

The last 20 minutes of the workshop is a guided, deep relaxation. (Yoga Nidra)
