Yoga Studio Nuweiba

The main practice room is on the ground floor of the house, facing the sea. It holds up to 10 people comfortably and is fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, belts etc. and wall ropes are fitted. The room is airy with wonderful natural light and adjustable relaxing lighting effects for nighttime. There is a sound system if you want music.

Other yoga spaces include a larger flat roof area which over looks the sea from one side and the mountains from the other. This is suitable for Yoga classes with up to 15 people. There is one aerial yoga setup. On the upper floor is a meditation room that can be used for talks or consultations. Star gazing at night, nowhere is better than our outdoor lounge area. For just relaxing on cushions and enjoying a drink, a sea-shore gazebo. Here you can be at one with the sound of the gentle waves.

The studio is available for other teachers to hire.

At the rear of the house, there is an open plan kitchen /dining area with large communal table where we prepare and serve delicious meals, catering for vegetarian and special diets as well as providing many different authentic Egyptian dishes.

The studio and other facilities are available for hire by yoga teachers and teachers of other disciplines such as pilates, dance, tai-chi. This can be by the hour /studio only or a teacher can arrange to bring a group of students and teach at the studio for a week long retreat. We will arrange accommodation, meals and airport transfers as an all in one attractive package for the teacher who can then charge his/her students on an individual basis.
